Pallet Shuttle Racking

Shuttle Racking operates using the FILO (First In, Last Out) mode, efficiently utilizing warehouse space by positioning racking against a wall. Consequently, this setup allows operators to load pallets from one side using a forklift while simultaneously unloading from the opposite side.

The system employs an electric carriage, known as the Pallet Shuttle, to store and extract pallets. By automating the placement of pallets in the storage lane, this system significantly reduces loading and unloading cycle times.

With its versatility, this shuttle racking system suits various applications including food and beverage production, dairy products, high-value SKUs, and fast-moving low SKU items. Moreover, it can seamlessly integrate with other racking systems to maximize productivity.

Remote Control for Shuttle Racking

Operators manage all pallet storage and extraction processes using a simple remote control or a Wi-Fi-enabled tablet. This user-friendly and rechargeable remote allows for control of up to four shuttles within a 150-meter range. Furthermore, an LED screen displays the chosen operation and provides relevant information, such as the number of pallets.
